Table Gifts

"Make a Card, Make a Difference" Table Gifts for September.

I am loving the new "Window Frames" Framelits that you can find in the A/W Seasonal Catalogue, I have found so many uses for them to mat and layer on my cards but here's something different.

I have created a little pouch that holds a "Happy Hippo" Kinder Bar for my ladies and love how it turned out.

The patterned papers are from the "Orchard Harvest" pack and would be great for masculine cards too.

The Frame is from the "Four Frames" set, punched out with the Decorative Label Punch, so glad that these will be staying with us for a little longer.

The flower is punched from the "Boho Blossom" punch and a greeting from "Mixed Medley" was put in the centre.  Mixed Medley is a new Hostess stamp set in the A/W Seasonal Catalogue.

If you would like the opportunity of earning free Stampin' Up! products, why not host a party, it's a great night in.  Ask me what it's all about!

Back soon with more to share from my "Perfectly Preserved" class.

Preserved with a Wrap!

Here's the creations from this month's "Make a Card, Make a Difference" Class.  A very similar project to the previous post where we have created a "wrap" to hold our heavily embellished card.

This time we moved on from Christmas and onto Autumn, using the "Perfectly Preserved" stamp set which I am really loving.

We made a pleated rosette with some of the "Snow Festival" christmas papers and they really don't look out of place!  To create a rosette use the Simply Scored Board, it is so quick and easy to do.

Here's the wrap, using the same stamps to co-ordinate

I love how the co-ordinating "Cannery" Framelits dies cut out your stamped images, makes it look so professional with nice crisp edges.  Remember if you buy the stamps and the framelits together you can save a whopping
15% off.

And here's the finished projects, all ready to give to someone special, if you can bear to part with them!

Scentsational Season Card and Wrap

My card today uses "Scentsational Season" a new stamp set from the Autumn/Winter Seasonal Catalogue which has a co-ordinating set of Framelits making it easy to whip up a card in no time!

Lots of new products on here:

Woodgrain Embossing Folder # 127821 £7.50
Brushed Bronze Buttons #127833 £6.25
Snow Festival Printed Tags (using the reverse side here) #128152 £3.75
Festival of Prints Paper Stack #126904 £6.25

I also used some of the Snow Festival DSP to create my pleated rosette with the Simply Scored Tool, it is so quick and easy.  The new colour you can see here is from the 2012/14 In Colours and it's called "Gumball Green".

Because my card was so deep I decided to make a Card Wrap for it instead of using an envelope.  To decorate the front I used more of the Snow Festival Paper then the gorgeous new "Snow Flurry" Bigz Die #127813  £18.95

Here is the side view, I created the wrap just deep enough to hold a heavily embellised card.  The belly band just slides off the edge to open.

And here they are both together

Would you like to see these beauties in the flesh, why not book a party or come along to a class.

Big Shot Class - Snow Flurry Die

At this month's Big Shot Class we focussed on the gorgeous new "Snow Flurry" die.  It cuts out three gorogeous Snowflakes that can be used alone or layered up as shown here in the first card.

At this class we make two cards and a 3D item

For our first card I used a sketch from the Mojo Monday Sketch Blog and it worked really well with the Snowflakes.

My colour combo for all three projects is Sahara Sand, Primrose Petals, Midnight Muse and Baja Breeze.  You will notice a couple of new colours there, they are the new 2011/13 In Colours.

The "Merry Christmas" circle greeting is from the "Delightful Decorations" stamp set, coloured with two marker pens to give a multi-coloured image.  See the new smaller scallop circle, this is the 1 1/4" Scallop Circle Punch that you will find in the Seasonal Autumn/Winter Catalogue, love how the 1" and 3/4" circle punches sit inside so nicely.

Next we made a treat pouch

The Candy Cane image is from the "Scentsational Season" stamp set.

And to finish, another card, using the Snowflake die to create a flower!  I love how we can get multiples uses from an item.  Loving the new "Woodgrain" embossing folder!

Hope you enjoyed our Class, if you'd like to see these projects in action in the comfort of your own home, why not host and party and earn some exclusive Stampin' Up! Products for yourself.  Ask me for more details.

Googly Ghouls

Sorry for the absence, lots of things going on last weekend and this week so blogging had to take a back seat!

Have you spotted these in the new Seasonal Catalogue, cute don't you think?

So the stamps are called "Googly Ghouls" and come in a set of 6 that will sort out all your halloween projects with an amazing price of just £11.95 for Clear Mount.  It gets better, the Ghoulish Googlies Designer Kit co-ordinates with the stamps and contains little glassine treate bags with double sided tags, googly eyes and bakers twine.  The kit is priced at £7.25, and you can create 10 treat bags with lots of tags left over.

If you purchase the Stamps and the Designer Kit together as a "bundle" you can save 15%, getting both for £15.95 (clear mount)

Here are what all the stamps look like, way too cute and can't wait to create lots of treat bags ready for the "trick or treaters" next month!

I think this set is so lovely, Stampin' Up! are really spoiling us with so many gorgeous products in the Autumn/Winter Seasonal Catalogue.

"Perfectly Preserved" is a set containing 14 stamps, a mixture of fruit and flowers with the gorgeous Jam Jar priced at just £20.95 for clear mount.  To co-ordinate there is a set of Framelits Dies called the "Cannery Set" which cuts out the stamped images in seconds, love it!

Here is another card from this month's class.  You will notice a couple of new colours here, these are the new 2012/14 In Colours and I have used Raspberry Ripple and Primrose Petals for the two vertical panels on the card.

Other new products are the Woodgrain Embossing Folder and the 1 1/4" Scallop Circle punch which I adore, the Cotton Ribbon that you can stamp onto and small strips of the "Orchard Harvest Designer Paper!

Scentsational Season

This month's card class included a Christmas creation, it's not too early to start making your Christmas Cards, jus think how organised you will be by December if you make a couple of cards a week between now and then!

We used one of the new stamps from the Autumn/Winter Catalogue called "Scentsational Season" which is very cute, love the Hot Chocolate Mug which could of course be used as a coffee mug if you cover the Snowflake with a punched out flower!

We used one of the new In Colours called "Gumball Green" along with an Early Espresso marker pen to colour in the mug and there are a set of Framelits Dies that cut all of the shapes out saving so much time.

And talking of savings, if you buy the "Scentsational Season" Stamp set along with the co-ordinating "Holiday Collection" Framelits dies you can save a massive 15% and get both for just £28.95 in Clear Mount.

I have used the new "Snow Festival" designer paper and Lace Brocade embossing folder both of which are gorgeous.

The greeting is from "Contempo Christmas" which is sadly retiring, I have used that set so much.

I also pierced around the edge of the Baja Breeze Framelits Label using the new "Festive Paper Piercing Pack".

Here are the stamps with the Framelits:
